Harassing Debt Collection Calls from India to the U.S.

In a glass tower on the outskirts of New Delhi, India, dozens of young Indians are on the telephone, calling to harass America's debt-stricken consumers and asking for cash. 

"Are you sure that's all you can afford?" "Well, how do you take care of your everyday expenses?" These are some of the harassing and pressing lines used by debt collectors to squeeze money from Pennsylvania consumers......
